The PEARLS Vision:

Invest in teen girls placed in foster care to: heal from part trauma and be empowered to value their whole selves and their inherent strengths. Provide the PEARLS girls opportunities to lead healthy, educated, and successful lives. Enable the PEARLS girls to be empowered women as role models and leaders, creating positive change in our community.

PEARLS provides comprehensive continuum of gender-responsive services to address: trauma healing, life-skills training, alternative education and vocational training, mental health treatment, domestic violence prevention, teen pregnancy prevention, substance abuse prevention, mentoring and strengthening families, and resiliency and self-esteem building.
