At Edible Planet, we realize that proper care of the Earth automatically involves proper care of individuals and that the physical, mental and emotional health and vitality of the individual is directly proportional to our ability to be proper Stewards of the planet, our communities, our families and ourselves.
We also understand that the human body is gifted with an immune system that, when provided the proper nutrients, serves us extremely well and that Nature provides us with a food source that, when grown in a truly organic manner, harvested ripe and consumed fresh, is superior in nutrients as well as flavor.
