Impact Florida helps educators grow their practice, connects leaders to share what works, and shapes systems so that great teaching can reach every Florida student, in every classroom, every day. Since 2019, we’ve worked across 70% of Florida schools districts that serve 93% of the state’s student population.

Impact Florida is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that believes every child in Florida deserves consistently great teaching in every classroom, every day. We work alongside education leaders to recognize, support, and scale great teaching practices so that all children are prepared for success in life. Impact Florida works in the space between policy and practice. Our team supports district and school leaders, shares what we learn from the field, and helps make strong teaching possible across Florida’s classrooms.
