The mission of North Shore Senior Center is to foster the independence and well-being of older adults, enhance their dignity and self respect, and promote their participation in and contribution toward all aspects of community life.

Many opportunities for volunteer service are available for people of all ages! We have more than 160 active volunteers. We can match your talents, experience, and schedule to a volunteer role that brings you - and those you help - great satisfaction. We offer regular and flexible volunteer opportunities in our Northfield and Niles locations and out in the communities we serve.
