Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of the Twin Cities (YNPN-TC)

YNPN-TC is made up of you: Young nonprofit professionals who see the value in being intentional about our professional development, and in building a peer support network to help you be more effective change-makers for the good of our communities.

We offer our members opportunities such as monthly evening events, monthly Leadership Breakfasts, skill-building volunteer opportunities, a 10-month Leadership Institute, and scholarships/discounts for local events.

National Movement

This local Young Nonprofit Professionals Network is a chapter of the national YNPN organization. Beginning in 1997 as a small gathering of peers in San Francisco, YNPN has since grown from word-of-mouth and local volunteer leadership teams, to a nearly 15,000 members in chapters across the U.S. This rapid growth and mobilization of next-generation leaders clearly shows the need for installing a pipeline for nonprofit professionals early in their careers.
