Move Me Foundation was created to bring that change to life. We are a grassroots, volunteer-led movement focused on making mental health understanding, education, and research more connected and more compassionate. Our work invites communities to see mental health as part of everyday life, not as a service reserved for crisis. We bring people together to learn, to listen, and to build systems that care for the human behind the need. We believe care grows stronger when it begins early, involves everyone, and never loses its humanity.
