Misión
The NRC strengthens individuals and the community by providing opportunities for neighbors to build relationships, access resources, and develop skills to enhance their lives and determine the fate of their community. A grassroots educational and cultural center fostering personal growth and community change, the NRC was created by and for the people of Greater Fulton, a low-wealth neighborhood in Richmond’s East End.
