Stellaris Keystone Community Foundation exists to empower individuals and families experiencing homelessness, mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other life challenges by connecting them with stable housing, supportive services, community resources, education, and compassionate advocacy. We are committed to restoring dignity, promoting independence, and creating pathways toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency for every person we serve.

Stellaris Keystone Community Foundation is a Virginia-based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals and families throughout our communities. We believe that everyone deserves access to safe housing, quality support services, and opportunities to build a better future.

Our organization serves individuals experiencing homelessness, those living with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), veterans, older adults, youth transitioning into adulthood, and families facing economic hardship.

We work collaboratively with community partners, government agencies, healthcare providers, shelters, schools, faith organizations, and volunteers to provide comprehensive support that addresses both immediate needs and long-term goals.
