We are looking for special individuals to join our growing team of amazing volunteers!
Our volunteer program is dedicated to providing quality care to our hospice patients and families. Days & times are very flexible and we work with the volunteer’s schedule.
Companion Volunteers
Companion volunteers bring the gift of friendship to our patients. They enhance quality of life through regular visits by offering support, companionship and assistance with non-medical tasks to ensure that patients spend their final days in dignity and comfort.
Volunteers usually commit to a minimum of 6 months of volunteering with 2 hours per month minimum. We require all of our volunteers to complete an interview, fill out an application, provide us with three references, pass a criminal background check, TB test, and complete our volunteer training.
