the construction trades. By helping young adults to develop practical, technical, and life mastery skills,
we serve the needs of the community, industry, and workforce.

We are passionate about helping young adults who are not geared toward a more traditional 4-year college experience. We work to develop their interpersonal skills, personal responsibility, and financial literacy, to ensure that they succeed in LIFE - then we apply traditional skill building for the construction trades and set them also on a course for personal success. As a byproduct of our work, we also serve to help fortify the construction industry workforce with
