    We are passionate about helping young adults who are not geared toward a more traditional 4-year college experience. We work to develop their interpersonal skills, personal responsibility, and financial literacy, to ensure that they succeed in LIFE - then we apply traditional skill building for the construction trades and set them also on a course for personal success. As a byproduct of our work, we also serve to help fortify the construction industry workforce with
