Break Free: Mental Health, Healing & Hope for Survivors

Break Free is dedicated to empowering survivors of sexual assault by providing trauma-informed mental health support, peer-led healing communities, and advocacy for lasting recovery. Through compassionate care, education, and survivor-centered programs, we create a safe space where healing begins, resilience grows, and hope is restored.

Break Free: Mental Health, Healing & Hope for Survivors is a survivor-founded 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual violence and the people who love them. We provide peer-led support groups, survivor-centered resources, and community education focused on prevention, bystander awareness, and drug-facilitated sexual assault. Our work is rooted in trauma-informed, inclusive values that prioritize choice, safety, and dignity, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone. We believe survivors are the experts of their own experiences and are committed to creating accessible, compassionate spaces where no one has to heal alone while working toward meaningful community and systemic change.
