Spectrum Uganda Initiatives is dedicated to supporting ,marginalized populations in Kampala and surrounding regions in Uganda. Since 2004, we have provided HIV education and prevention services. Through our community based programs, we also provide support and care for those living with, or who are affected by, HIV. Spectrum is engaged in advocacy work to counter discrimination against LGBT people in Uganda and to promote legislation that upholds equal rights for LGBT citizens.
