Good Health Project

The Good Health Project is a growing nonprofit law practice, launched in September 2025, providing free or low-cost legal counsel to health care professionals and institutions that provide (or are expanding to provide) evidence-based gender dysphoria treatment in a rapidly-changing legal environment marred by arbitrary government abuse. Our work focuses on advising health care providers about how to legally, ethically, and safely provide the maximum amount of services permitted, avoid over-compliance with government attempts to restrict access to care through threats and rhetoric, and avoid (but also prepare for) litigation. We also provide clients with policy advocacy advice, know-your-rights education, and other services needed to continue their provision of care.

Our practice works collaboratively with other transgender, LGBTQ+, civil rights, health, and legal organizations as part of the larger movement to establish a more equitable America. We believe in preserving, defending, and expanding civil rights, democracy, and the rule of law.
