The spirit of the hospice volunteer stems from a genuine desire to give comfort, peace, and care to patients, caregivers, and families during the end of life. Hospice volunteers have a BIG impact on the patients they serve, the team they are a part, and the families and friends of the terminally ill. It's a unique and special way to serve your community and ECHO Hospice of Columbus is looking for the few willing to walk the journey alongside someone in hospice care.

Visit directly with patients, reading, playing board games, listening to music playlists, coloring, etc. or work administratively in/outside the office.

You may enjoy participating in an ECHO Hospice program serving patients through Art & Co. (our Art Companionship program), the We Honor Veterans Taskforce, Echo of Hope (our Music Companionship program), Salon ECHO (for licensed cosmetologists), Pet Therapy, Bible studies, etc. Opportunities are endless so share YOUR talents and time as an ECHO Hospice volunteer!
