TC’s COMMUNITY will manage financial and service resources to ensure that the individual served lives within a supportive and nurturing community. Resources will be thoughtfully arranged to provide maximum flexibility while maintaining personal safety, continuity in life, and meaningful companionships and relationships with friends and family. Preferences and needs will naturally evolve over time. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to supporting personal choice, dignity, and quality of life throughout the individual’s lifetime.

She is an active, joyful individual with autism who communicates in her own unique way and lives life fully. Our mission is simple: to ensure she has a safe, happy home, rich relationships, and a meaningful presence in the community she loves.
