Our mission is to educate the public and advance a comprehensive constitutional amendment—developed through rigorous research and public input—that restores governing power to the people through the Constitution’s amendment process.

Amend America is a nonpartisan, educational organization focused on developing a comprehensive and foundational update to the American political system through the Constitution’s amendment process.

We were founded on a simple premise: the current system no longer consistently reflects the will of the people, and incremental reforms have proven insufficient to address its structural challenges. Rather than advocating for isolated policy changes, Amend America is building a unified constitutional framework designed to improve representation, reduce systemic corruption, and restore democratic accountability.

Our work is grounded in rigorous research, historical analysis, and open public engagement. We are actively developing a full constitutional amendment supported by a companion document that explains its structure, intent, and real-world impact. This process includes collaboration with subject-matter experts, legal scholars, and engaged citizens to ensure both practicality and broad legitimacy.

As an educational organization, our role is not to support or oppose political candidates or parties, but to inform, engage, and empower the public around structural reform. We believe that lasting change must come through widespread understanding, participation, and ultimately, democratic adoption.
