Grant Writer

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, the Grant Writer runs FAR's grant pipeline; tracking EU, national, and regional funding opportunities and turning them into submitted, funded applications. You'll research and qualify new opportunities, draft and manage submissions, and keep the pipeline connected to what the wider Fundraising team needs to hit its Year 1 targets.

What you'll do:

• Research and qualify EU, national, and regional grant opportunities
• Draft, edit, and manage grant applications through submission
• Maintain FAR's grant tracker and pipeline documentation
• Coordinate with Finance on budget narratives and reporting requirements
• Track progress against Year 1 grant benchmarks

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Experience writing successful grant proposals
• A handle on project management and deadline tracking
• Strong research and analytical instincts
• Clear, persuasive writing
• Spanish and/or Catalan proficiency (preferred)
• Some grounding in EU or Spanish nonprofit funding structures (a bonus)
