Volunteer Opportunity: Morning Check-In Support

Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday

Role Overview

We are seekingreliable, people-friendly volunteers to assist with morning client check-in at our high-volume spay/neuter and surgery clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with morning check-in
• Ensure intake forms are completed accurately
• Answer basic questions and direct clients as needed
• Remain on your feet, walking and moving throughout the check-in area
• Assist with lifting and moving cat carriers as needed

Volunteer Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (rain or shine)
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish-speaking is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to safely lift and move cat carriers
