Volunteer Opportunity: Morning Check-In Support
Animal Fix Clinic
Shift Time
7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Days Needed
Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday
Role Overview
We are seekingreliable, people-friendly volunteers to assist with morning client check-in at our high-volume spay/neuter and surgery clinic.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and assist with morning check-in
- Ensure intake forms are completed accurately
- Answer basic questions and direct clients as needed
- Remain on your feet, walking and moving throughout the check-in area
- Assist with lifting and moving cat carriers as needed
Volunteer Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (rain or shine)
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish-speaking is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to safely lift and move cat carriers
