Descripción
Purpose:
Help expand The Mind Initiative's reach and impact by building meaningful partnerships with schools, student organizations, nonprofits, and community leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish partnerships with schools, student groups, nonprofits, and community organizations aligned with TMI's mission.
- Conduct outreach to counselors, wellness directors, educators, and youth leaders to introduce TMI programs and resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations and community stakeholders.
- Coordinate opportunities for workshops, presentations, awareness campaigns, and collaborative initiatives.
- Track outreach efforts and partnership progress in Notion.
- Oversee Outreach & Partnership Volunteers and provide guidance on outreach initiatives.
- Post weekly progress updates in Slack and communicate regularly with the leadership team.
- Collaborate with department leaders to support organizational growth and community impact.
Department: Development & Partnerships
Reports to: Executive Director
Time commitment: 3-5 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, proactive, and dependable.
- Interest in mental health, education, nonprofit leadership, or community impact.
- Prior leadership or outreach experience is welcome but not required.
