    Description

    Purpose:

    Help expand The Mind Initiative's reach and impact by building meaningful partnerships with schools, student organizations, nonprofits, and community leaders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and establish partnerships with schools, student groups, nonprofits, and community organizations aligned with TMI's mission.
    • Conduct outreach to counselors, wellness directors, educators, and youth leaders to introduce TMI programs and resources.
    • Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations and community stakeholders.
    • Coordinate opportunities for workshops, presentations, awareness campaigns, and collaborative initiatives.
    • Track outreach efforts and partnership progress in Notion.
    • Oversee Outreach & Partnership Volunteers and provide guidance on outreach initiatives.
    • Post weekly progress updates in Slack and communicate regularly with the leadership team.
    • Collaborate with department leaders to support organizational growth and community impact.

    Department: Development & Partnerships

    Reports to: Executive Director

    Time commitment: 3-5 hours per week

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Organized, proactive, and dependable.
    • Interest in mental health, education, nonprofit leadership, or community impact.
    • Prior leadership or outreach experience is welcome but not required.
