Targeting a fractional executive or a retired CRO/Pharma manager who can pair up with your ex-Parexel MD advisor.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, industry-savvy Director of Life Sciences Business Development to bridge the gap between our high-fidelity patient registries and Contract Research Organizations (CROs) like Parexel, IQVIA, and mid-tier biotech sponsors. Working alongside our executive leadership and medical advisory board, you will establish upstream pipeline integrations to sell our unique longitudinal patient-reported data and trial-matching capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and secure Master Services Agreements (MSAs) with CRO Patient Recruitment Directors, RWE Procurement Leads, and Decentralized Clinical Trial (DCT) Managers.
- Position HHP’s structured SPI data registries as highly qualified external control arms and targeted screening funnels.
- Coordinate with internal tech and security teams to present de-identified data environments during corporate due diligence.
- Develop commercial proposals, structured milestones, and pricing frameworks for high-value therapeutic verticals.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or decentralized clinical trial vendor.
- Existing network of contacts within clinical operations, patient recruitment, or real-world outcomes procurement.
- Familiarity with clinical trial protocol design and the recruitment bottlenecks facing modern life sciences.
- High alignment with ethical data utilization, patient autonomy, and non-profit impact models.
Compensation & Commitment
This is a volunteer/advisory position with a highly competitive, milestone-based success/commission structure tied directly to secured corporate contracts. Hours are flexible (5–10 hours/week).
