Job Position: (Volunteer) Manager of Human Resources
About Gender Freedom Society:

Role Summary: As a (Volunteer) Manager of Human Resources for Gender Freedom Society,
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and design onboarding programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff, mediating disputes, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the Internal Policy team to ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, providing updates as needed.
- Manage performance appraisal systems, identify training needs, and coordinate professional development programs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast staffing needs, design organizational structure, and develop retention initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High emotional intelligence to resolve conflicts and build trusting relationships across all levels of the company.
- Ability to track HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire) to make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3-5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
