📧 Marketing & Outreach Support

• Assisting with mailing campaigns
• Preparing outreach packets for facilities, schools, or partners
• Helping track community contacts and partnerships
• Supporting recruitment efforts (organizing interest forms, lists)
• Creating simple flyers (if they have computer skills)

🗓️ Event & Volunteer Coordination Support

• Helping organize volunteer schedules or availability lists
• Preparing sign-in sheets and name tags for events
• Assisting with setup/cleanup for small office-based events
• Making reminder calls/texts for volunteer shifts
• Tracking volunteer hours
