Description
Projects & Light Office Tasks
- Creating welcome packets for new patients/families
- Assembling volunteer onboarding materials
- Helping prepare event materials (flyers, sign-in sheets)
- Printing, copying, and assembling documents
- Stuffing envelopes for mail-outs or outreach campaigns
📧 Marketing & Outreach Support
- Assisting with mailing campaigns
- Preparing outreach packets for facilities, schools, or partners
- Helping track community contacts and partnerships
- Supporting recruitment efforts (organizing interest forms, lists)
- Creating simple flyers (if they have computer skills)
🗓️ Event & Volunteer Coordination Support
- Helping organize volunteer schedules or availability lists
- Preparing sign-in sheets and name tags for events
- Assisting with setup/cleanup for small office-based events
- Making reminder calls/texts for volunteer shifts
- Tracking volunteer hours
