Project Description

Army Pink is seeking an experienced UX/UI designer to help design a unique digital experience from concept through final design.

The goal of this project is to create an intuitive, engaging, and user-centered web experience by developing the overall structure, user journey, interface design, and visual system. The ideal volunteer will be able to translate complex user needs into a simple, accessible, and thoughtful digital experience.

The designer will collaborate with our team to develop the experience strategy and create high-quality designs that can be implemented by developers.

Key Deliverables

• Develop user journey maps and experience flows
• Create information architecture and page structures
• Design wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
• Create polished UI designs and reusable design components
• Provide organized Figma files and design specifications for development
• Collaborate with the team to refine the experience based on user needs and project goals

Required Qualifications

• Must have professional UX/UI design experience
• Must have experience designing websites, web applications, or digital products
• Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional user experience and interface design work
• Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex digital experiences with multiple user pathways
• Experience creating accessible, user-centered experiences
• Experience with nonprofit, healthcare, education, or social impact projects is a plus
