Gala Check-In & Registration Volunteer

Maya’s Hope is seeking organized, friendly volunteers to support guest check-in and registration at our Lotus Ball gala.

As a Check-In Volunteer, you will help create a welcoming and efficient arrival experience for guests while supporting an event that raises funds for children in need.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with registration.
• Verify guest names and provide seating information.
• Distribute event materials and answer basic questions.
• Coordinate with the event team to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Ideal Volunteer

Someone who is personable, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable interacting with guests in a fast-paced event environment.
