Help Us Create a Video to Save Coral Reefs (Remote)

Reef Advocates (https://reefadvocates.org/) is a startup nonprofit on a mission to help save coral reefs. We're equipping recreational SCUBA divers with tools to collect reef imagery that supports conservation science. We need your help telling that story to the world.

We’re looking for a volunteer video creator or editor to help us produce a short (2–3 minute) video introducing our work to funders, partners, and the public.

This is a great opportunity for:

• A student or early-career creative building their portfolio
• A mission-driven storyteller who wants to support environmental work
• A freelancer or hobbyist with skills in editing or motion design
• A diver or ocean-lover who wants to use their skills for good

What you’ll do:

• Help shape and produce one short video (scripted voiceover or text-based)
• Collaborate directly with the founder
• Use your creative voice to bring clarity and emotion to our mission
• Work remotely, on your own schedule

What we’ll provide:

• A clear outline of the story and message
• Access to raw images and footage (including some underwater content)
• Creative flexibility
• Credit on our website and social media
• A personal recommendation or testimonial
• Potential consideration for future paid work if funding allows (no guarantee)

No reef or diving knowledge required—just a heart for the planet and solid video editing or storytelling chops.
