Position Summary:
The HR Assistant will provide crucial support to the Deputy Director and other team members in the effective management and execution of HR administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for general administrative duties and HR support
Perform general administrative duties including posting open positions, responding to emails, and scheduling interviews
Assist in the preparation of job descriptions
Coordinate logistical arrangements for events, workshops, and training sessions
Support in data entry and database management tasks
Assist in coordinating communication between internal staff and external stakeholders
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Deputy Director
Qualifications / Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and training and experience appropriate to the particular position.
Proven experience as an HR assistant or relevant administrative role
