Responsibilities - Web Design

• Website Management
  • Manage website strategy and updates through WordPress.
  • Upload and maintain photos, videos, blogs, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Oversee the 1:1 coaching platform, including updates and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure clear navigation and a user-friendly website experience.
  • Manage third-party website assets, including fonts, themes, photos, plug-ins, and related costs.
• Audience Engagement
  • Develop strategies to increase website traffic and online visibility.
  • Recommend ways to improve audience engagement and conversion.
• Miscellaneous
  • Respond to email, Slack, and other communications within 24 hours.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must live in the U.S.
• Valid U.S. work authorization (OPT accepted; no visa sponsorship or cost coverage).
• Are 20 years old or older
• Commit to 8-10 hours per week for at least 8 months.
• Reliable computer and Wi-Fi for a fully remote role.
• Comfortable with remote communication and basic outreach.
• Some experience with wordpress, or web creation, preferred- but not required
