Responsibilities - Web Design
- Website Management
- Manage website strategy and updates through WordPress.
- Upload and maintain photos, videos, blogs, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Oversee the 1:1 coaching platform, including updates and troubleshooting.
- Ensure clear navigation and a user-friendly website experience.
- Manage third-party website assets, including fonts, themes, photos, plug-ins, and related costs.
- Audience Engagement
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic and online visibility.
- Recommend ways to improve audience engagement and conversion.
- Miscellaneous
- Respond to email, Slack, and other communications within 24 hours.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must live in the U.S.
- Valid U.S. work authorization (OPT accepted; no visa sponsorship or cost coverage).
- Are 20 years old or older
- Commit to 8-10 hours per week for at least 8 months.
- Reliable computer and Wi-Fi for a fully remote role.
- Comfortable with remote communication and basic outreach.
- Some experience with wordpress, or web creation, preferred- but not required
