Florida Youth At Risk is a youth-centered nonprofit that empowers underserved youth through music, creative programs, community events, and leadership opportunities. We are building a brand that reflects the energy, talent, and vision of the youth we serve.
What You’ll Do:
- Share how a label operates and supports artists
- Discuss budgets, team structure, and business decisions
- Answer youth questions about signing, releasing, and scaling
- Help teens understand the full music ecosystem
Who You Are:
- A leader or team member in a record label or indie collective
- Strategic, experienced, and approachable
- Ready to share insider knowledge

Youth need to see how the industry really works. You bring vision and access.
