    Florida Youth At Risk is a youth-centered nonprofit that empowers underserved youth through music, creative programs, community events, and leadership opportunities. We are building a brand that reflects the energy, talent, and vision of the youth we serve.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Share how a label operates and supports artists
    • Discuss budgets, team structure, and business decisions
    • Answer youth questions about signing, releasing, and scaling
    • Help teens understand the full music ecosystem

    Who You Are:

    • A leader or team member in a record label or indie collective
    • Strategic, experienced, and approachable
    • Ready to share insider knowledge

    Why It Matters:

    Youth need to see how the industry really works. You bring vision and access.
