Creshendo is a global nonprofit co-led by migrants and allies, creating leadership pathways for displaced communities. Our Integration Workshop equips refugee and migrant leaders with the tools to thrive—and lead—in their new communities.

About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate Volunteer Graphic Designer to join our storytelling team as we launch a brand-new Instagram account! This is a unique opportunity to help shape the visual identity of our platform and support meaningful storytelling through compelling, professional design.

As our volunteer designer, you'll play a key role in creating a cohesive, engaging aesthetic and helping us establish a strong, consistent presence on social media.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop a visual identity and style guide for the Instagram account
• Design templates for posts, stories, and other recurring formats
• Create thumbnails and various visual assets to support content
• Assist with content planning and preparation alongside the team
• Ensure brand consistency and visual appeal across all posts

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Strong portfolio with experience in social media design
• Familiarity with building visual identities for Instagram or similar platforms
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Good eye for layout, color, and typography
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and audience engagement
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
