Community Health Center Advancement Committee

A committee of the Board of Directors of Community Health Center, the CHC Advancement Committee supports and advises the Advancement Office to achieve fundraising and outreach strategic goals. This active and dedicated group is made volunteer Board and at large members and meets quarterly. The Advancement Committee is vital to helping CHC achieve its mission, by assisting with the following:

• Advises on development and implementation of fundraising goals, plan and efforts; increases awareness of CHC accomplishments and needs; and shares and reviews lists of prospects for insight.
• Supports CHC’s Advancement Office fundraising activities through identifying, introducing and cultivating donor prospects; event planning and outreach support; supports outreach to recognize and thank current donors; and participates in donor appreciation events and donor cultivation events.
• Helps identify new fundraising opportunities, outreach opportunities and donor retention, acquisition and recognition ideas; and engages and informs Board on fundraising goals, strategies, needs and updates.
