Notion Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Notion workspaces, dashboards, and databases
• Create and manage relational databases, formulas, and advanced filters
• Develop project management systems, SOP repositories, and documentation frameworks
• Implement workflow automations using Notion API, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
• Standardize templates and maintain data consistency across teams
• Train team members on best practices and workspace usage
• Audit and optimize existing Notion systems for efficiency and usability
• Ensure access control, permissions, and workspace governance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Notion (workspace design & system building)

Strong understanding of:

• Relational databases
• Rollups & formulas
• Linked databases
• Templates & template buttons
• Advanced filtering & sorting
• Experience integrating Notion with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier, Make, or APIs
• Strong systems-thinking and process optimization skills
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building Notionbased CRM, content management, or operations systems
• Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, API integrations)
• Background in operations, project management, or systems design
• Ability to translate business needs into structured digital systems
