Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable Notion workspaces, dashboards, and databases
- Create and manage relational databases, formulas, and advanced filters
- Develop project management systems, SOP repositories, and documentation frameworks
- Implement workflow automations using Notion API, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
- Standardize templates and maintain data consistency across teams
- Train team members on best practices and workspace usage
- Audit and optimize existing Notion systems for efficiency and usability
- Ensure access control, permissions, and workspace governance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Notion (workspace design & system building)
Strong understanding of:
- Relational databases
- Rollups & formulas
- Linked databases
- Templates & template buttons
- Advanced filtering & sorting
- Experience integrating Notion with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier, Make, or APIs
- Strong systems-thinking and process optimization skills
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building Notionbased CRM, content management, or operations systems
- Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, API integrations)
- Background in operations, project management, or systems design
- Ability to translate business needs into structured digital systems
