We are looking for a Recruiter (Sourcing & Screening) to own the front end of our recruitment process — finding, engaging, and qualifying candidates before they move forward.
Because if the pipeline is weak, everything slows down.
If the pipeline is strong — everything moves.
The Role
This role owns candidate sourcing and initial screening, ensuring we have a steady flow of qualified candidates ready to move through the hiring process.
You are not making final decisions.
You are ensuring the right candidates make it to that stage.
