    We are looking for a Recruiter (Sourcing & Screening) to own the front end of our recruitment process — finding, engaging, and qualifying candidates before they move forward.

    Because if the pipeline is weak, everything slows down.

    If the pipeline is strong — everything moves.

    The Role

    This role owns candidate sourcing and initial screening, ensuring we have a steady flow of qualified candidates ready to move through the hiring process.

    You are not making final decisions.

    You are ensuring the right candidates make it to that stage.

    What You’ll Own

    Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development

      • Source candidates across platforms:
      • LinkedIn
      • Volunteer platforms
      • Social and community networks
      • Build and maintain a strong, continuous talent pipeline
      • Proactively identify and engage candidates

    Job Posting & Recruitment Campaign Support

      • Support posting roles across platforms
      • Ensure job postings are clear, accurate, and aligned
      • Promote roles through targeted outreach

    Application Review & Screening

      • Review applications and resumes
      • Conduct initial screening conversations
      • Assess:
      • Qualifications
      • Skills
      • Availability
      • Advance only qualified candidates

    Pipeline Management

      • Track candidates through each stage
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
      • Ensure timely movement through the pipeline

    Interview Coordination Support

      • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
      • Communicate expectations and logistics
      • Ensure smooth handoff to interview stage

    Candidate Experience

      • Serve as first point of contact for candidates
      • Communicate clearly and professionally
      • Maintain a positive, engaging experience

    Collaboration with Hiring Teams

      • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers
      • Align sourcing efforts with role needs
      • Provide insights on candidate flow and trends

    Recruitment Metrics & Improvement

      • Track pipeline performance and conversion rates
      • Identify gaps and adjust sourcing strategies
      • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes

    Who This Is For

    Qualifications

    Required

      • 1–3 years in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to assess candidate qualifications

    Preferred

      • Experience sourcing on LinkedIn or similar platforms
      • Experience in nonprofit or volunteer environments
      • Experience working in remote teams

    Commitment

      • 8–12 hours per week
      • Flexible schedule (aligned with recruitment needs)
      • Fully remote
