An early-career volunteer role supporting the work of The Lab’s Founder and helping to shape global sustainability impact, with potential for paid transition.

The Sustainability Laboratory is seeking a volunteer Executive Support & Projects Associate to work closely with Lab Founder Dr. Michael Ben-Eli and collaborate with Lab project managers as needed. The Associate provides high-trust assistance by helping draft Lab materials, driving timely follow-through, and supporting priority Lab initiatives and programs as needed.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional to work directly with one of the pioneers in sustainable development. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability issues and possesses outstanding writing and editorial skills, clear communication abilities, excellent judgment and discretion, and exemplary organizational instincts—able to move fluidly between strategic thinking and practical follow-through. Candidate is a proactive self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

Schedule is flexible and may be part-time; occasional travel may be possible depending on project needs. The Lab seeks a minimum one-year commitment, with potential for a paid transition based on performance and organizational need.
