We’re looking for a QA Engineer & Testing Administrator to join our growing team and support the Chief Technology Officer in ensuring the quality, reliability, and readiness of our technology solutions and digital platform.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
- Coordinate testing activities across development, technology, and business teams.
- Maintain testing documentation and provide clear reporting on testing progress, defects, risks, and results.
- Support Beta and future launch readiness by validating critical features and user experiences.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and establish clear acceptance criteria.
- Assist with establishing standardized QA processes, testing methodologies, and quality best practices.
- Identify quality risks and communicate issues that could impact releases or launch readiness.
- Support continuous improvement of the organization’s testing and quality assurance processes.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with software quality assurance, software testing, or a related technical field.
- Understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience creating and executing test cases and documenting and tracking defects.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience with testing, project management, or defect-management tools is preferred.
- Experience with automated testing is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional and remote environment.
- Experience supporting nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
