The Raikes Foundation 

The Raikes Foundation was co-founded by Tricia and Jeff Raikes in 2002. The foundation, led by the executive director, works toward a just and inclusive society where all young people have the support they need to reach their full potential. The foundation also works to increase the effectiveness of philanthropic giving through its Impact-Driven Philanthropy Initiative. 

North Forty Group 

In addition to the Raikes Foundation, the Raikes lead North Forty Group with the chief operating officer. North Forty Group is the family office of Tricia and Jeff Raikes, which provides a range of support services for the Raikes family as well as operational support to the Raikes Foundation and management support for the Raikes business pursuits. North Forty also guides and supports the Raikes’ social impact work that for strategic and regulatory reasons is more appropriately executed outside of the foundation. North Forty Group and the Raikes Foundation are co-located in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle.  

Raikes Executive Office 

The Raikes Executive Office is a new component in North Forty Group led by the managing director. This team works to strategically deploy Tricia and Jeff Raikes’ time, voices, public engagement, and other assets in coordination with North Forty Group and the Raikes Foundation. The Executive Office is comprised of three components: operations, public engagement, and certain social impact investments separate from the Raikes Foundation (see illustration below). These components will each be led by a director-level position who will be accountable for their respective functions, and who will work in close coordination with colleagues in the Raikes Foundation and North Forty Group.
