The Sylvia Center’s vision is to build a foundation of knowledge necessary for young people to make informed food choices that support health and wellbeing to prevent diet-related disease. We educate young people about the connection between food and health through nutrition-focused, culinary-based programming and empower them to become advocates at home and in our communities.
