Caipirinha Productions, Inc. is an independent mixed media arts and culture company with activities in the fields of film, music, and human rights. Caipirinha Productions has produced and distributed a number of short and feature-length films, including The Suffering Grasses (Feature, 2012), Cultures of Resistance (Feature, 2010), Beneath the Borqa in Afghanistan (Short, 2001), and many more. Several of Caipirinha Productions' feature and short films have been instrumental in spreading awareness about human rights struggles from Brazil to Syria and building international support for local grassroots activism.
