About Us
The Sunrise Neighborhood Assistance Program (SNAP) is a 12-year-old nonprofit serving the Northeast Foothills of Pima County with comprehensive "neighbors helping neighbors" services, educational programs and social events that assist and support residents to "age in place" in their own homes for as long as possible.
