California CareForce

Even after the full implementation of the Affordable Care Act, 1 in 10 Americans remain without health insurance. An even greater number report going years without seeing a dental or vision professional because they just cannot afford it. California CareForce is a group of medical professionals, community leaders, and community members who provide free medical, dental and vision care to those in need at temporary clinics across California. We make no restrictions based on income, employment, or immigration status. Our volunteers believe that everyone, regardless of their background, deserves access to basic healthcare. We do not require insurance or ID to serve patients and all services provided are free.

Since 2011, over 12,000 volunteers have provided health services to over 27,000 individuals, delivering $11,000,000 worth of care, through our clinics.

California CareForce has held clinics in Oakland, Sacramento, the Coachella Valley, Gold Country and the Greater Los Angeles area.
