NAPPR is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health of Native American children and families. Established in 1982, NAPPR provides direct child/family services and oral health system support in Native American communities. Direct services provided include early intervention for infants/toddlers with, or at risk for, developmental delay; home visiting services for first time pregnant/parenting families; and an Early Head Start program which provides services in home- and center-based settings. NAPPR also has a Dental Support Center which supports oral health systems through training and technical assistance and innovative programming to dental programs in order to ultimately improve the oral health of Native Americans.
