Founded in 1977, Southeast Asian Development Center (SEADC) is the leading social services organization dedicated to Southeast Asian communities in San Francisco and the Bay Area.
Rooted in the Tenderloin, we provide youth, families, immigrants, and refugee communities culturally competent services that build independence and strength. Our client-focused programs provide tools for youth development, health and wellness, economic success, and more.
