Spirit of Joy International

Spirit of Joy International is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, founded in 2000 for the purpose of restoring joy and dignity to a broken world. In this time, SOJI has become heavily involved with ministries in Uganda, Africa and other countries in the region. It has developed relationships and partnerships with several U.S. firms who are sharing a similar vision, such as; International Housing Relief (www.internationalhousingrelief.com), Kidcare International (www.kidcare.org), Harvest International Ministries - H.I.M. (www.harvestim.org) and Magnum Board Products (www.magnumbp.com)

The SOJI ministries include: pastoral training with curriculum, low-income housing for the government, commercial development for large institutions and private business people and the creation of a Christian School System in Uganda for Primary and Secondary.

With the existing work, presence and contacts to-date; SOJI is very excited about how God is using them to make a dramatic impact on the lives of thousands of men, women and children in Uganda and surrounding nations. Current work is commencing in Kampala, Entebbe, Masaka, Mbarara, Hoima and Jinga. Long-term work will consentrate on relief in the areas of basic Human Rights to include creation of food, clean water, clothing, medical care, education and housing programs.
